The City of San Diego contracted with Downstream Services and consulting firms to perform emergency sonar assessment and cleaning of five large diameter sewer siphons.

This project required specialty cleaning and long range inspection equipment, and extensive confined space entry and supplied air setups to allow the crew to safely enter the siphon structures.
